1-the return will be made within three days and the replacement within seven days from the date the invoice is issued.

2-bring the original of the original invoice, which is out and printed from the point of sale systems of the Fadia poultry store and contains all the required data, and is not considered otherwise.

3-the goods to be returned / exchanged must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging.

4-return and Exchange does not include products that are restricted to a special discount based on a certain quantity.

5-the detailed pieces based on the customer’s desire (whether by cutting or assembling) are not returned or replaced.

6-individual parts purchased within a group will not be returned / exchanged at a certain price, taking into account the terms and conditions of the General return and exchange policy of the Fadia poultry kit.

7-the amount of the returned item will be transferred to the bank account of the customer in whose name the invoice for the sale was issued.
